DALGETY COMMUNITY TRUST ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting (AGM) of Dalgety Community Trust will take place on Saturday 22nd March at 12pm at the Kabin. We have decided to host the AGM in person to make the meeting as accessible as possible to our members.
The AGM will be an opportunity for you to hear about the work of the Trust over the past fifteen months. The Chair will report on the activities of the Trust and the annual accounts will be presented.
Members are requested to register to attend the AGM here.
If you are unable to attend the AGM and wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, please indicate this to the Trust by email to secretary@dalgetycommunitytrust.co.uk not less than forty-eight hours in advance of the meeting.
If you are a full member of the Trust, resident in the community of Dalgety Bay, Hillend and Fordell Gardens, you are entitled to stand for election to the Board. If you would like to exercise this right, you should indicate this in writing to the Trust by email to secretary@dalgetycommunitytrust.co.uk, not less than seven working days prior to the AGM.
