The annual general meeting (AGM) of Dalgety Community Trust will take place on Monday 28th March at 7 pm. The AGM will be an opportunity for you to hear about the work of the Trust over the past twelve months and the agenda can be found under the Governance and Useful Information tab. The Chair will report on the activities of the Trust and the annual accounts will be presented. A digital copy of the first annual accounts can also be accessed here. Members are requested to register to attend the virtual AGM using the following link. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. If you are unable to attend the virtual AGM and wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, please indicate this to the Trust by email to secretary@dalgetycommunitytrust.co.uk not less than forty-eight hours in advance of the meeting. If you are a full member of the Trust, resident in the community of Dalgety Bay, Hillend and Fordell Gardens, you are entitled to stand for election to the Board. If you would like to exercise this right, you should indicate this in writing to the Trust by email to secretary@dalgetycommunitytrust.co.uk, not less than seven working days prior to the AGM.
